How long does a typical job take?

Residential Single pieces usually run 1–2 weeks depending on fabric availability. Commercial jobs are scheduled in advance to insure minimal downtime and to make sure you are never without full seating capacity.

What does the free redo guarantee actually cover?

If the finished piece doesn't match what was agreed on at approval such as fabric, fit, or finish we guarantee 1 free redo of the affected work at no charge.

Is there a deposit?

Residential jobs typically require a deposit at approval. Established commercial accounts can be billed on completion - ask during your assessment.

Do I need to bring the furniture in?

For residential jobs we can quote from photos and pick up on-site if you are located within a 20 mile radius of Pomona, Ca Additional fees may apply.

Commercial assessments are done at your location.
